Empire State Developments has ramped up construction works at its El Centro Business Park in the Downtown district of New Capital , with structural completion scheduled for 2026 and final handover within two years, Invest-Gate reports.

The company has finalized basement works and is progressing with the concrete structure, reaffirming its commitment to timely delivery despite market challenges. Chairman Mostafa Mohsen emphasized that the project reflects the company’s resilience, credibility, and dedication to adopting green building methods in line with Egypt’s sustainable development strategy.

Spanning 6,000 sqm with a built-up area of only 30%, El Centro Business Park consists of a ground floor, 15 upper floors, and three basement levels. The development has been fully sold out, except for one floor retained by the company as part of its financial hedging strategy.

The project features a mix of uses: restaurants and cafés on the ground floor, retail on the first three floors, medical clinics on the fourth and fifth floors, and administrative offices from the sixth floor upwards. A panoramic restaurant with a private entrance will crown the top floor.

Strategically located with dual frontages overlooking a main street and Central Park, the project is being executed by the company’s sister contracting firm. Project management is overseen by CBRE—managers of the Iconic Tower—while ACE Moharram Bakhoum serves as the engineering consultant
