In a Ramadan atmosphere combining social and economic aspects, Empire State Developments organized a special Suhoor celebration inside the “Layalina” tent at Muhammad Ali Palace, attended by Jawhar Nabil, Minister of Youth and Sports, a selection of real estate developers, success partners, clients, as well as prominent artists, media professionals, and journalists, Invest-Gate reports.

The celebration came as part of the company’s keenness to honor its achievements during the past period and to share these successes with its partners, as the evening turned into a platform combining informal economic discussions about the real estate market and investment opportunities, alongside the entertainment and celebratory atmosphere characteristic of Ramadan nights.

Empire State Developments Projects in the New Capital

During the gathering, the company presented its vision for expansion in the New Capital through a set of projects reflecting the diversity of its investment portfolio, including commercial, administrative, and residential activities, in line with the rapid transformations in the Egyptian real estate market.

Empire State Developments owns three main projects in the New Capital, including El Centro Business Park, an administrative-commercial project covering an area of 5,231 square meters, and Evet Mall, a commercial and entertainment project located in the MU12 area near the gates of the New Capital.
