Empire State Developments is seeking to bring top international brands to its flagship project, Evet Mall, in Egypt’s New Capital, amid rising demand from both investors and consumers, Invest-Gate reports.

Mostafa Mohsen, Chairman of Empire State Developments, said the mall already hosts several major names, with plans to expand this mix to enhance diversity and services. Located in the MU12 business district, near the Green River, the Iconic Tower, and the R5 residential district, the project benefits from high footfall and strong commercial demand.

Mohsen highlighted that the mall’s prime location and modern design make it an attractive hub for global retailers, offering an integrated environment that appeals to both shoppers and investors. The project will include a ground floor and four upper levels featuring cafés, restaurants, and retail outlets.

Empire State Developments expects excavation permits by the end of the month, paving the way for construction. The mall will be managed by TSM, a leading operator of mixed-use developments.

According to Mohsen, the wide range of international and local brands will create a comprehensive visitor experience, boosting the project’s investment appeal and positioning Evet Mall as a premier commercial destination in the New Capital.
