Empoweromics real estate platform announces that the number of projects being marketed through it has reached more than 3,600 projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The projects marketed on the platform include 78,000 units owned by over 812 developers.

The company plans to increase this number of developers.

Omar Fateen, Founder and CEO of Empoweromics, reveals that the platform has obtained investments from major investors and banks in Egypt and the Middle East that exceed tens of millions, which enhances the company’s credibility and supports real estate marketers’ confidence in it.

He adds that the platform aims to facilitate the field of real estate marketing and make it more developed, based on a strong database and information.

Fateen notes that marketers can get the details of each project from any developer through the Empoweromics smart map.

Marketers can also determine their commission through the platform before the sale process takes place, the top executive says, adding that commissions start from EGP 16,000 per EGP 1 mn.

He unveils that the platform plans to expand further and increase the number of success partners, whose number exceeded 4,000 real estate marketing consultants working through the platform.

Fateen maintains that his company plans to launch the updated version of the Empoweromics application in the coming weeks, indicating that the platform currently includes more than 78,000 units available for sale through it, with a total inventory value of EGP 682 bn.
