Emtelaak, Egypt’s leading digital real estate investment platform, has announced its strategic participation in two of the world’s most prominent events this November: Web Summit 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal, and MAPIC 2025 in Cannes, France, Invest-Gate reports.

According to Mr. Magdy El Yamani, CEO of Emtelaak, the company has been officially invited to join the prestigious BETA program for startups at Web Summit 2025, highlighting the strength of its AI-powered fractional ownership platform that allows investors to acquire shares in select development projects without full property ownership. “Being selected for the BETA program at Web Summit 2025 is an honor and a clear signal that Egyptian PropTech is competing on the global stage. During the summit, Emtelaak will present its operational model (MVP) and dual business model (B2B/B2C), alongside regulatory achievements including its license from Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority and approval from Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to join its Innovation Fund, demonstrating readiness for regional and global expansion.

Simultaneously, Emtelaak will participate in MAPIC 2025 in Cannes to establish strategic relationships with international investors and institutional funds, attract global brands to its commercial real estate projects, and adopt leading global practices in sustainability, digital innovation, and asset management. “Our participation in Web Summit and MAPIC delivers a clear message that Egyptian innovation is capable of competing on a global scale and that technology can serve as a bridge connecting the Egyptian real estate market with international capital and expertise.
