Emtelak Development has announced its plan to invest EGP 500 mn in new projects in the East Cairo region during 2024 as part of its expansion strategy, Invest-Gate reports.

Ramadan Hosny, Chairman of Emtelak Development, stated that the company is currently finalizing concrete and facade works in the Westin Park project, which commenced construction this year. Additionally, excavation work has begun, and the foundation stone has been laid for Zahya Business Park in the Downtown area of New Cairo.

Hosny highlighted the company’s strong track record in constructing 45 residential buildings and numerous villas in New Cairo and its suburbs. Emtelak Development has built a substantial customer base over the years, facilitating the marketing of its projects.

Furthermore, Hosny revealed the company’s expansion plan, which includes the introduction of a new 20-acre residential project in the Andalus area of New Cairo. Additionally, there are plans for a commercial and administrative project on 90th Street in New Cairo, with further details to be announced later.

Hisham Al-Fouly, Chief Commercial Officer of Emtelak Development, explained that the company offers various sales offers with flexible payment systems to cater to the requirements of all customers.
