Emtelak Development finishes selling the first phase of the WESTIN PARK project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with a total sales volume of EGP 400 mn, in addition to announcing the launch of the project’s second phase, Invest- Gate reports.
In this regard, Ramadan Hosni, chairman of the board of directors of the company, states that the WESTIN PARK project is implemented in partnership with Mubarak Saeed Baqtian Holding Group. It covers an area of 7,800 sqm and is located in the most distinguished areas of the Downtown.
He adds that the project consists of ground and 10 floors for administrative, commercial, and medical activities. Furthermore, it contains 2 garages and 400 units, with spaces starting from 45 to 67 sqm.
Additionally, Hosni points out that the company has contracted with the YBA, an engineering consulting office headed by Yasser El-Beltagy, to supervise the implementation of the project’s engineering and architectural designs, to execute the project according to the highest local and international standards.
In a related context, he mentions that the project offers special payment plans and discounts, to suit the purchasing power of various consumers, as the price per sqm for a commercial unit starts from EGP 70,000, and for the administrative and medical units start from EGP 21,500.
Moreover, Hosni remarks that the company has commenced the project’s execution works, highlighting that the project is scheduled to be completed and delivered after four years, adding that the commercial units will be delivered semi-finished, and the administrative and medical units will be fully finished.
