Emtelak Developments completes 80% of WESTIN PARK project in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.
Ramadan Hosny, chairman of Emtelak Developments, says that WESTIN PARK project spans over 7,800 sqm in the most distinguished areas of Downtown. The project features a ground floor and 10 floors allocated for administrative, commercial, and medical activities. WESTIN PARK includes 400 units with spaces starting from 45 sqm to 67 sqm. It also includes two garages to serve the project’s residents.
Additionally, WESTIN PARK is located at the main entrance to the Downtown, with a width of 70 sqm from Al-Massa Hotel, a picnic and shopping area, near the Monorail station, and in front of the hotel towers area.
The company rolls out payment systems and special discounts that suit the purchasing power of customers, where the commercial meter starts from EGP 70,000 and the administrative and medical meter starts from EGP 21,500.
Hosny explains that the company started the implementation work and the entire excavation work will be completed within a short period. Further, it is scheduled to complete and deliver the project after four years, while the commercial units will be delivered semi-finished and the administrative and medical units will be delivered fully finished.
On the other hand, Hosny says that Zahya Business Park, Emtelak’s second project, was launched in the NAC. Zahya Business Park is a hotel, administrative, and commercial project.
Hosny concludes that the NAC strongly increases sales of all development companies executing projects in it due to the integrated life that needs the housing units and various services for the residents. This also attracts local and foreign investors to the NAC.
