Enwan Developments Company announces the completion of the marketing of the first phase of the Life Medical Tower project within days of launching it, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman of Enwan Developments, Mohamed Salem, says that the project is located on ​​2,000 sqm in ​​the New Administrative Capital’s Downtown district.

The project includes 3 garage floors, a ground floor, and 14 recurring floors, Salem adds.

He reveals that the ground floor is dedicated to commercial activity, and the remaining floors constitute a complex of medical clinics for all specialties.

The first phase accounts for 35% of the project, while the second phase of the project is scheduled to be launched in Q1 2023, the top executive notes.

Salem states that Enwan Developments inked a contract with a specialized company in managing medical facilities to be responsible for managing the project.

In addition, another agreement has been signed with Azure Consultant Office to oversee the implementation of the project, Salem notes.

He maintains that the project’s delivery is set to start in 2026.

Furthermore, Salem adds that the company executes two projects in NAC; the commercial administrative mall project, Pixel; and the clinic complex, Oxygen.
