Enwan Developments has announced a new partnership with “I & Business,” a subsidiary of e& Egypt, as part of its strategy to enhance its projects’ technological and investment value, Invest-Gate reports.

This collaboration aims to offer advanced services for its latest project, MARAYA PLAZA, in New Cairo.

The agreement was signed by Mohammed Salem, CEO of Enwan Developments, and Sherif El Kholy, CEO of e& Egypt’s Business Sectors.

Salem emphasized that this partnership aligns with the company’s commitment to excellence, quality, and precision across all its projects. “We chose e& Egypt for their expertise in cutting-edge technology services. Enwan Developments is always focused on providing the best for our clients,” Salem stated.

Under this partnership, I & Business will provide Triple Play services—landline, internet, and IPTV—ensuring that MARAYA PLAZA remains at the forefront of global technological advancements. These services will offer high-quality infrastructure for all occupants and visitors of the administrative and medical complex.

MARAYA PLAZA comprises two interconnected buildings featuring commercial, administrative, and medical spaces. The project spans 2,000 square meters, with a total investment of EGP 1 billion. Enwan Developments has also enlisted Azure Architects as the project’s architectural and engineering consultants, aiming to maximize the benefits of its prime location.

Sherif El Kholy expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, saying, “We are excited to collaborate with Enwan Developments on this landmark project.
