Enwan Developments has signed a cooperation agreement with architect Mohamed Safwat’s consultancy, Kiany Lines, to lead the design and engineering supervision of its latest medical project in the Medical City at the New Capital, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Salem, CEO of Enwan Developments, said the move reflects the company’s strategy to invest in healthcare as part of its social responsibility, emphasizing that long-term projects—particularly in the health sector—will be a primary investment focus in the coming period.
The company selected Mohamed Safwat for his extensive expertise in medical facility design and his adoption of the Dual Facility Model, which ensures optimal space utilization and integration of medical services within the complex.
Located on the Regional Ring Road, the project will comprise two main buildings with a total built-up area of 20,000 sqm. Each building will consist of a ground floor and five upper levels, with a flexible design that can accommodate multiple specialties. The medical clinics building alone will cover 9,500 sqm, housing around 150 clinics of varying sizes, alongside specialized medical centers and supporting commercial services.
Enwan Developments confirmed that the project will provide a significant addition to the Medical City, offering accessibility, flexibility, and rare investment opportunities for doctors and healthcare investors.
