Eons Developments announced that its flagship mixed-use project, LifeWise, in New Cairo has recorded sales exceeding EGP 1bn shortly after launch, marking a strong market debut for the company’s first development in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

The performance reflects robust demand and growing customer confidence in Eons’ value proposition as a fully integrated destination for living, working, and investment.

Total investments exceed EGP 10bn. The project spans approximately 29 feddans directly on Suez Road in New Cairo, with a masterplan that blends residential, commercial, and administrative components to form a self-sustained community.

The project features a prominent commercial and administrative strip with a built-up area of 25,495 sqm, comprising a ground floor and three levels, supported by underground parking. Office units range from 35 to 183 sqm, while retail spaces range from 75 to 1,000 sqm, with a 370-meter frontage on Suez Road. Residential units range from 85 to 265 sqm and are complemented by landscaped areas, a social club, and pedestrian-friendly public spaces.

The architectural and planning works were designed by Pinnacle Misr as the general consultant.
