EPM Malls Management and Operation Company, part of BETA Developments, announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Abdullah Al Othaim chain to open a branch in mid-December inside the Business Park project in October Gardens City, owned by BETA Developments, Invest-Gate reports.

The signing ceremony was attended by Ahmed Maher, CEO of EPM; Mohammed Hamdi, General Manager of Abdullah Al Othaim Chain branches; Ali Al Hadidi, Director of Real Estate Management; Mohammed Anwar Al Jarhi, Operations Manager of Abdullah Al Othaim Chain; and several leaders from EPM.

Ahmed Maher, CEO of EPM, stated that the partnership agreement with Abdullah Al Othaim Group represents an important step in the company’s strategy to collaborate with major global brands, aiming to provide an integrated shopping experience for the residents of October Gardens City and enhance the position of the malls managed by the company as primary shopping destinations in the area.

He explained that the total investments for the Al Othaim branch in the Business Park project exceed EGP 30 mn and that it covers an area of 1,500 sqm. Abdullah Al Othaim Markets operates more than 256 branches across Saudi Arabia.

Business Park is the latest mall managed by EPM, featuring modern design and integrated services, which include a wide range of international and local stores, various restaurants and cafes, as well as entertainment areas dedicated to children and families, making it a comprehensive destination for shopping and entertainment.
