ERA Commercial Egypt, a real estate firm, launched a real estate education program called SkillBuild/Benaa in April, reported Daily News Egypt.
SkillBuild/Benaa is part of ERA’s corporate social responsibility program and the first initiative of its kind in the real estate industry.
In collaboration with Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, ERA Commercial Egypt conducted its first training session for SkillBuild/Benaa on April 21.
The SkillBuild/Benaa program’s purpose is to raise awareness and knowledge of the real estate industry, according to Ashraf Diaa, ERA Commercial Egypt’s organizational development and human resource director, and the founder of the program.
The education program comprises both theoretical and practical knowledge to assist youth trainees to enter the real estate market. It has been presented at numerous universities, including Cairo University, Misr International University, and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.
