ERG Developments participates in Cityscape Exhibition 2022, which takes place from September 21st to 24th at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in the 5th Settlement, with a package of distinctive projects in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Rizk, chairman of ERG Developments, says that the company rolls out exclusive offers during Cityscape exhibition, which represent great investment opportunities due to the competitive advantages that suit all customers.

Rizk adds that ERG is participating with three projects, namely Diamond and Diamond 2, in addition to its newest project in the NAC, which is Ri8 Compound in the R8 area. The residential project, Ri8, has a strategic location close to all vital areas, where it is only three minutes from the Green River and five minutes from the central business district.

Ri8 spans over 25 acres and includes residential units with areas ranging from 138 sqm to 350 sqm, with targeted sales of EGP 5 bn.

For his part, Mohamed Amer, CCO of ERG, explains the company achieved EGP 900 mn in contractual sales in Ri8 project.

EGR’s second project in Cityscape 2022 is Diamond Tower New Capital, an integrated tower that spans over an area of 5,000 sqm. The project features a ground floor and 15 repeated floors to include all types of units from commercial, administrative, medical, residential, and hotel, with the inclusion of all services at prices considered from the lowest prices for units in the Town Down area. The project is also parallel to the northern axis of Mohammed bin Zayed and is located next to Central Park and Monorail Station.

The third project is Diamond 2, and it is a commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel tower. The project covers an area of 4700 meters and includes a ground floor and 15 floors, with a total of 550 units with areas starting from 23 meters.

The project is divided from the ground to the third floor is dedicated to commercial activity, from the fourth to the sixth floor for medical activity, from the seventh to the tenth floor is dedicated to administrative activity, and from the 11th to 14th floor is dedicated to a hotel activity, and the last floor is dedicated to the Sky roof. Further, Diamond 2 links the eastern entrance and the western entrance to the Downtown area, parallel to the northern axis of Bin Zayed, next to Central Park and Monorail Station.
