ERG Developments, a leading real estate company in the New Capital, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with ABEC Egypt, a company specializing in general contracting and project management, to execute and finish two phases of the “RI8” project in the R8 residential district of the New Capital. The agreement covers a total value of EGP 500mn, involving the construction of six residential buildings within two blocks of the development, Invest-Gate reports.
This collaboration is part of ERG Developments’ strategy to accelerate the execution of its signature “RI8” project, one of its most prominent residential developments in the New Capital. The project represents a new benchmark in architectural design, blending practical luxury, sustainability, and integrated services.

Spanning a large area in the R8 district, the RI8 project is designed as an integrated residential development that combines tranquility, luxury, and smart urban planning. Only 20% of the total area is built upon, with the remaining 80% allocated to green spaces, recreational areas, and services. The project offers a range of residential units, with sizes ranging from 138 to 227 sqm, including semi-finished apartments and duplexes. Amenities include a social club, children’s areas, jogging and cycling tracks, as well as designated shopping and entertainment zones. The project is scheduled for delivery in 2027 according to the planned timeline.
