Abu Dhabi -based developer Eshraq Properties announced on Tuesday three major projects in the UAE: Jumeirah Village Circle, the Marina Rise and The Gateway, The National reported.
Jumeirah Village Circle will be a residential and leisure destination in Dubai with three plots of land assigned for commercial, residential and hospitality purposes. It will also include a shopping quarter.
Marina Rise will be located on Reem Island and will as well consist of residential, commercial and hospitality spaces. Eshraq claims the project will become a key landmark of the island because of its strategic location.
The Gateway, located at the entrance to Abu Dhabi in Sas Al Nakheel, comprises an area of 77,000 square meters and is promoted as a city within a city. It too will feature residential areas as well as spaces for commercial purposes and a hospitality area including a hotel and adjacent cottages.
Eshraq’s Chairman Jassim Al Seddiqi says all three projects were likely to be finished by 2021, adding that the company aims to accelerate growth in the upcoming year.
