Ewaan Global Residential Properties, the exclusive developer of the Alfareeda Residential Project, announced it has started receiving the first phase title deeds of the residential project’s 320 villas, reported the Saudi Gazette on Thursday.

The company’s CEO, Fadi Qassim, says the arrangements are currently ongoing to transfer ownership of the first phase villas to the buyers. He also expressed his gratitude towards the governmental institutions involved as well as towards the buyers’ trust.

Ewaan was established through a strategic partnership between institutions such as the Islamic Corporation for Private Sector Development, affiliated with the Islamic Development Bank, Al Numu Real Estate Development Company, member of the SEDCO Group, the Public Pension Agency and the International Bank for Development.
