The sixth edition of Cityscape Egypt this year features over 43 projects ranging from residential, commercial, offices, and hospitality projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The featured projects include Rock Eden, a gated compound developed by Egyptian real estate developer El Batal Group in 6th of October City on an area of 34 feddans, according to the Cityscape’s official website.

The commercial and residential project is expected to be delivered in 2020 as the developer has showcased the second phase of the project for the first time at the exhibition.

The project will feature amenities such as a care center for senior citizens, green spaces, a sports club, a gym, a surveillance system, a shopping mall, medical centers, a hypermarket, a parking lot, bicycle paths, and private buses.

Acro Egypt for Real Estate Development, meanwhile, has launched their latest Citystars Al Sahel which is a residential and retail project located in North Coast and features a tourist resort, twin villas, chalets, and hotels spanning an area of 1.8 mn kilometers.

The project will also include a commercial mall, an entertainment area, 10 lagoons, and well-known five-star hotels such as Fairmont and Swiss Hotel.

Another project featured in the exhibition is the residential project of Green Square by Egyptian developer Sabbour Group for Real Estate Development. The project is located in New Cairo and will be completed in 2019. Amenities at the project include greenery, a club house, retail shops, a gym, and sports facilities.

Tabarak Development has also showcased its latest Capital East Residence in Nasr City that will be completed next year featuring an advanced road network connecting to Cairo.

The 11-storey tower includes amenities such as a club, a commercial area encompassing 4,000 square meters, entertainment activities, public services, a pool, an educational center, 5,000-square-meter greenery, a roof garden, restaurants, and walking paths.
