Expo Republic Co. for Organizing Conferences and Exhibitions announces the launch of the 9th Nile Property Expo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibition and conference, taking place from May 26 to 28, 2023, is under the patronage of Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, and the auspices of the Council of Ministers.

The event will host major real estate developers from Egypt, including City Edge, Tatweer Misr, Saudi Egyptian Developers, Amer Group, Paragon Developments, SUD, and Sorouh Developments.

Bassem Kalila, Chairman of the Expo Republic Co. for organizing exhibitions and conferences, states that the expo would be launched under the title “Invest in the Future – Invest in Egypt,” reflecting the company’s vision to attract Arab investments to the Egyptian market.

The expo offers true opportunities for investment and development, he says. Since its launch in 2017, the company has been keen on the presence of serious companies with expertise that offers products suitable for foreign markets.

Bassem Kalila confirms that the Nile Property Expo has helped companies achieve targeted sales and acquire a new segment of customers outside Egypt.

Last year witnessed four Nile Property Expo exhibitions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which achieved great success that contributed to the growth of client requests in the Kingdom to hold successive exhibitions.

The Nile Property Expo aims to launch in new markets during 2023, such as London, the capital of Britain, and New Jersey in the USA.

Bassem Kalila adds that the Expo gaining the patronage of the Council of Ministers headed by Mostafa Madbouly is considered a supportive step that increases the confidence of the company and exhibitors, as well as clients inside and outside Egypt.

It confirms the state’s support for the real estate export file. Egyptian companies participated in the last Nile Property Expo held in Riyadh in November 2022 and achieved sales exceeding EGP 2.5 bn.
