FIABCI Expects Increase in Territory of Egypt’s New Cities by 45,000 Feddans

The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) expects an increase in the territory of Egypt’s new cities by 35,000-45,000 feddans in upcoming years, Invest-Gate reports.

Speaking at the Cityscape conference on March 30, FIABCI Egypt President Abdel Nasser Taha says that available investment opportunities in Egypt’s real estate sector are the largest in history.

Taha adds that the government has to continuously support the private sector with the aim of achieving targeted urban development and accommodate the growing population.

FIABCI is an international organization providing access and opportunity for real estate professionals interested in gaining knowledge, sharing information, and conducting international business with each other.
