Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar announces that the New Mansoura Development Authority is set to deliver the first unit group in the JANNA project in New Mansoura between January 3^rd 2023, and April 13^th 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The New Mansoura is a fourth-generation city built on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea in Dakahlia Governorate.

The city comprises various units, including tourism housing, villas, middle-income housing, and social housing.

Head of New Mansoura Authority, Yasser Abdel Halim, notes that the units of building numbers 1-17 will be delivered between January 3^rd and February 2^nd.

He adds that units of building numbers 18-31 will be delivered between February 5^th and 23^rd.

Abdel Halim reveals that building numbers 32-54 will be delivered between February 26^th and March 30^th, while building numbers 55-62 will be delivered between April 2^nd and 13^th.
