First Group Real Estate unveils plans to launch two tourist projects in Ain Sokhna and New North Coast during the upcoming six months, Invest-Gate reports.

CEO of First Group, Basheer Mostafa, tells Invest-Gate during the AQARI real estate exhibition, that the “Wave Story” project will be launched in the North Coast on an area of 100 feddans and will be located in the Fouka Bay, merely 90 km from Marsa Matrouh.

Meanwhile, the second project, to be located in Ain Sokhna at Al Galala, will be established in June 2016.

The company has also other residential projects such as Kenz project in 6th October City, East of Cairo, and Sheikh Zayed.
