First Land Parcel Registered in New Administrative Capital

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) announced the successful registration of the first land parcel in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The registration was conducted by the capital’s real estate registry office and covered land in the R3 Residential District. The process took place under the patronage of Egyptian Minister of Justice Adnan El-Fangary, Minister of Housing Sherif El Sherbini, and Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of ACUD.

The R3 Residential District spans 1,016.15 feddans and features a fully integrated residential community. The area is divided into eight neighborhoods and includes residential buildings, villas, commercial and administrative facilities, and service plots for developers.

Commenting on the achievement, Khaled Abbas stated, “ACUD is committed to providing comprehensive services to residents of the New Administrative Capital, including real estate registration. Property registration is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of transactions, minimizing legal disputes, and enhancing the benefits of property ownership.”

This milestone underscores ACUD’s dedication to fostering confidence in the capital’s real estate market and providing essential infrastructure and services to support sustainable urban development.
