Accor, a world-leading augmented hospitality group, and real estate developer, El Orouba Misr, join forces to launch the first Novotel its Orouba Skyline compound in Alexandria, Invest-Gate reports.
As per their official press release last month, Alexandria’ s Novotel will be opened in 2023, featuring a striking design-led property that is to become a preferred destination for business as well as socializing; and is part of the Orouba Skyline compound in Alexandria.
Novotel Alexandria will be a mixed-use project, set to be the biggest in Alexandria, with upscale residential, retail business, and medical facilities, in addition to a high-profile location.
“It is an honor for Accor to be selected as the hospitality partner for Orouba Skyline in a destination that has been a target on our development radar for some time,” Accor Middle East & Africa CEO Mark Willis expressed.
On his part, El Orouba Misr CEO Hazem Eldeeb said, “We have partnered with Accor, a global hospitality leader, to ensure the development’s high standards and cater to the needs of the local and visiting community.”
Founded in 1993, El Orouba Misr is regarded as a pioneer in the real-estate division with projects in the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo district. The company then started its developments in Alexandria, Egypt. Currently its projects include Orouba Royal compound, the Sedra Compound and its secondary phase, Sedra 2, two more mega upcoming residential projects, and entering the retail industry with Orouba Malls in Alexandria, Tanta, and more.
