Minister of Housing Assem Al-Gazzar reviews the final touches for the completion of the first phase of the corniche of the New Mansoura City, Invest-Gate reports.

With a length of 4.2 km, the corniche includes walkways, cafeterias, bicycle lane, reading area, and kids area.

Al-Gazzar tours around the villa area in New Mansoura, following up on the implementation of 1,149 villas of various styles and the completion of 4,704 housing units for middle-income Egyptians.

The villa area is categorized into separate, connected, and semi-connected units, which include 2,103 units of 499 detached villas, 152 connected villas, and 498 semi-connected villas.

Al-Gazzar points out that 196 buildings are underway in the housing project for middle-income Egyptians, with a completion rate of 94%.
