First Resort Hospitality Service, a joint venture of two UAE-based facilities management companies EFS Facilities Services and Emirates Consortium, secured its first contract in the hospitality sector, reported Gulf News on Saturday.

The contract, valued at AED 100 mn, is spanning over three years and comprises the management of hospitality services for Etihad Tower in Abu Dhabi. It is specifically designed to cater the growing hospitality sector and is targeting the domestic market as well as eyeing overseas expansion.
