A tender to execute additional infrastructure work to include roads, water supply systems and sanitation has been announced as part of the social housing in New Fayoum, Head of New Fayoum City Development Authority, Ashraf Abdel Rahman told Invest Gate.
Companies registered at the Egyptian Federation of Construction and Building Contractors were informed of the tender which is expected to include an area of 37.5 acres
A second tender to carry out the second phase of road work in New Suhaj was also announced to the companies belonging to the federation. The project will extend over an area of 127 acres which is allocated for middle-income housing project, Head of New Sohag City Development Authority, Mohamed Moustafa Wahby stated.
A third tender for cleaning services of the second and third area in 10th of Ramadan district will be announced among specialized companies, according to the Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, Adel Said Al Najjar.

Additionally, a tender will be offered to carry out the cleaning work of the heavy industrial zone, which includes industrial zones A1 , Á1, A2, A3, Á3, Á4, and A6, as well as the Robeiki and Ismailia Desert roads on one way in front of A3 and Á3, he said
Finally, a public auction will be announced to offer usufruct for part of the distinctive sandy beaches of Marina El Alamein, for the summer, in the western breakwater site at area 24, over 15,000 square meters, and area 21 in front of Sheikh Khalifa land, over 9,000 square meters, Head of Touristic Resorts Authority, Khaled Abu El Atta stated.
