In a new step that underscores its growing position in Egypt’s real estate development market, JADEER Group has announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts through the signing of a new hotel management agreement to launch its second Hotel Indigo property in the New Capital. The hotel will be part of an integrated mixed-use development set to be introduced in the coming period, Invest-Gate reports.

This marks the second collaboration between the two parties, reflecting the success of their first venture and reinforcing the confidence of one of the world’s leading hospitality groups in JADEER’s projects.

Eng. Mahmoud Abou El Khair, Chairman of JADEER Group, stated that the new agreement represents a natural extension of a successful collaboration with IHG, emphasizing that repeating the experience reflects mutual trust and a shared vision to deliver world-class developments that seamlessly combine residential, commercial, and premium hospitality components.

He explained that this step follows the success of RED G in New Cairo (North 90th Street), which introduced an advanced mixed-use model combining serviced apartments, administrative offices, retail spaces, and a standalone hotel — comprising 120 hotel rooms — all within one fully integrated destination.

Abou El Khair added that Hotel Indigo Cairo – New Capital will comprise approximately 140 rooms. IHG will manage and operate the hotel according to the highest international standards, while JADEER Group will retain ownership—creating tangible added value for investors and project residents alike.

He further noted that the Hotel Indigo brand is built on a distinctive philosophy that delivers hospitality experiences inspired by the culture and identity of each location. Through contemporary design and services that reflect the spirit of the surrounding area, the project will offer a unique character that blends authenticity with modernity.
