Future Homes Development is preparing to start construction work on Future Heights project after the company has completed the procedures for building licenses, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Mounir, Future Homes Chairman, explains that the company will start drilling, concrete and construction works on the site, as the company obtained the project license.
Moreover, the project is located in Zahraa Maadi, next to Wadi Degla Club, in partnership with NIRCO Company, with an area of 1,500 sqm, two basements and nine commercial, administrative, residential floors and includes 80 units. The investment cost is estimated at EGP 50 mn, the sales target is EGP 160 mn, and the company has achieved 80% of the project’s sales.
The company addresses the middle class and aims to provide a real estate product at a price and quality suitable for it. Therefore, the company provides installment systems for up to 10 years with reservations starting from zero to 30%.
It is noteworthy that Future Homes has implemented more than 60 projects in the areas of Tagamo, Al Hadaba Al Wosta, Zahraa Maadi and El Mearag.
