Gates Developments, a prominent real estate development company, has announced the commencement of preparations for the concrete pouring phase in its renowned project, the Space Commercial Complex, Invest-Gate reports.

The complex is situated on the 26th of July Corridor, adjacent to the Police Mosque in Sheikh Zayed.

Strategically located in one of the vital areas in western Cairo, the project enjoys easy accessibility from all directions, serving residential projects situated west of Cairo.

Spanning an area of 8.5 feddans, the Space Commercial Complex is a significant development encompassing commercial, administrative, and medical facilities in Sheikh Zayed.

Hassan Nasr, CEO of Gates Developments, expressed that the completion of excavation work marks a crucial stage following numerous design, review, and approval processes, detailed drawings, and coordination between consultants and project contractors.

He emphasized that the project is now progressing rapidly, indicating a strong likelihood of meeting the scheduled completion date and satisfying clients’ expectations.

Nasr highlighted that the Space Commercial Complex combines luxury and sophistication, introducing innovative designs that are unprecedented in Egypt.

With a total building area of approximately 46,137 sqm and investments exceeding EGP 5 bn, the project showcases Gates Developments’ commitment to delivering the highest quality standards.

Actual construction work has already commenced under the supervision of Gates Con, one of the sister companies of Gates Developments.

The company plans to operationalize the Space Commercial Complex in 2027, as agreed upon in the customer contracts. Nasr assured that the company is fully dedicated to meeting this deadline and is collaborating with distinguished companies to ensure the successful implementation of all project details.
