Gates Developments announces the imminent completion of construction works of West Gate project in 6th of October City with construction rate exceeded 80%, Invest-Gate reports.

Director of Sales at Gates Developments Hatem Adel says that the West Gate project is an administrative, commercial, medical project, located in the heart of 6th of October City, west Cairo. Spanning over 4 acres, and comprises more than 208 units of various sizes.

Adel adds that the company has started construction of the project by the end of 2020, notes that the 1st phase will be delivered by the end of this year.

He points out that the project will be fully operated in mid-2023. Further, the company has cooperated with a group of distinctive brands in the project, including “Fathallah Hypermarket”, which is the first presence of the famous chain of stores in 6th of October City.

Moreover, he elaborates that the West Gate is an integrated mixed-use development similar to Espana Plaza project.

Espana plaza project is being built on an area of 14,250 sqm in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, from the entrance to Zayed 4. The project includes four integrated commercial, administrative, and medical service buildings, he discloses.

Besides, he explains that the pilot operation of the mall was conducted at the beginning of this year, and it is planned to be fully operated in mid-2022.

The project includes a bunch of major brands and restaurants, in addition to Metro hypermarket, which has already started operating.
