Gates Developments launches Space Commercial Complex in Sheikh Zayed with total investments of EGP 5 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is set to be situated over an area ranging between 6 and 8 feddans.

Space Commercial Complex is a commercial, administrative, and medical project in West Cairo.

The administrative areas start from 50 sqm, while the medical units have areas starting from 39 sqm.

The project is planned to be implemented in four phases. Delivery is scheduled to be started in 3.5 years.
