Gates Developments has unveiled its latest venture, the Lyv project, in Ras El Hekma in partnership with Pibic Real Estate Development, the landowner, Invest-Gate reports.

This launch continues the company’s streak of successful projects in the New Administrative Capital, Sheikh Zayed, and New Zayed, reinforcing its reputation for excellence.

Additionally, the company celebrated the launch with a gala at the St. Regis Hotel, where it announced achieving EGP8 bn in sales from the project.

Lyv marks Gates Developments’ significant entry into the North Coast, particularly in the promising investment zone of Ras El Hekma. This area has recently garnered substantial attention from the state and investors, making it one of the world’s most distinguished coastal regions.

Moreover, spanning 206 feddans at kilometer 200, the project aims to introduce a unique real estate product capable of competing and satisfying customers, in line with Gates Developments’ commitment to leading the real estate development industry and offering exceptional investment opportunities.

For his part, Hassan Nasr, CEO of Gates Developments, expressed excitement about the project and its prime location in Ras El Hekma. He emphasized the company’s strength and ability to deliver a distinctive project with outstanding designs, making Lyv a landmark in the area.

Nasr added that Lyv is a comprehensive residential community with a construction area of approximately 350,000 sqm and total investments exceeding EGP40 bn.

He highlighted the designs by DMA Engineering Consultants; the project offers various innovative and new-to-market designs. Gates Developments’ mission is to create housing communities and complete, modern living experiences with comprehensive services.

Notably, the Lyv project will feature a commercial area with top global brands, diverse restaurants and cafes, a high-end spa, a community club with a sports field and sun terrace, and a boutique hotel with luxury serviced apartments.
