Gates Developments has recorded EGP 200 mn of contractual sales during the activities of Cityscape Egypt 2021, Invest-Gate reports.

Gates Developments CCO Ali Gaber states that the company has offered various and distinctive units in its various projects during the Cityscape exhibition, including new units in the Catalan, Audaz, and West Gate projects.

Additionally, he declares that the company has introduced special offers on its projects along with exclusive prices and payment systems during the exhibition period, pointing out that the exhibition has witnessed a remarkable turnout from customers throughout its holding.

On the other hand, Gaber remarks that the company has logged EGP 1.2 bn of contractual sales at the end of last August, out of EGP 1.8 bn that the company targets to record by the end of this year.

This success comes due to the launching of new phases of the company’s project, in addition to the real estate market recovery and strong demand, especially in the New Administrative Capital, Gaber discloses.
