Hassan Nasr, the CEO of Gates Developments, expressed the company’s participation in the 11th edition of the Nile Property Expo in Saudi Arabia, Invest-Gate reports.

This initiative aligns with efforts to maximize investment opportunities and promote Egyptian real estate projects, in line with the government’s strategy to encourage companies’ involvement in the real estate export initiative. The goal is to capitalize on the many Egyptians residing in the Gulf, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

Moreover, Nasr highlighted the significance of the expo, noting it as the largest exhibition in terms of the caliber and number of exhibiting companies and the diverse real estate development projects showcased.

The company’s participation spotlights the “Space commercial complex” project in western Cairo, situated in one of the most vibrant areas in 6th of October City. This project, spanning 8.5 acres and an investment exceeding EGP 7 bn, comprises 17 buildings. It has attracted agreements with numerous renowned global brands before its launch.

Additionally, Gates Developments features the “GATES PRIVÉ,” a multifaceted residential project boasting expansive green spaces and architectural designs emphasizing privacy and luxury. The development encompasses commercial spaces, multinational companies’ headquarters, a social club, jogging tracks, landscaped areas, and approximately 75% greenery across its vast area.

Another highlighted project is “Audaz,” located in the New Administrative Capital’s financial and business district. Spanning 4 acres with a 16,800 square meter built-up area, the project, composed of two buildings (A & B), comprises 750 units diversely catering to administrative, commercial, and medical purposes, varying in sizes from 46 to 110 square meters.

Notably, the strategic participation in the Nile Property Expo serves as a platform to showcase Gates Developments’ ambitious and distinguished projects, promoting Egypt’s real estate and investment potential.
