Gates Developments sells the first and second phases of its GATES PRIVÉ project in Sheikh Zayed, next to the British School of Egypt, after two weeks of launching, Invest-Gate reports.

Situated on 17 feddans, the project is implemented with EGP 2 bn investment.

The project comprises 97 housing units, including villas, townhouses, and twin villas, in addition to a shopping mall located at 12,000 sqm.

CEO of Gate Developments, Hassan Nasr, says that the project is located five minutes away from Cairo-Alex Toll Gate and 15 minutes from Mohandiseen.

Nasr adds that GATES PRIVÉ is a multi-use housing and commercial project including shops, bank branches, headquarters of multinational companies, social clubs, sports promenade, and green spaces accounting for 75% of the project’s total area.
