Gates Developments announced the signing of a strategic partnership with the “Sakr” Real Estate Investment Fund (SDC), owner of the “FARIDA” platform, aiming to provide an integrated residential and hospitality experience across several of its key projects in the New Capital, West Cairo, and the North Coast. Details on Hotel Apartment Management in “Catalan” and “Venia” Projects
Under this partnership, SDC will operate and manage hotel apartments under the Luxor Hospitality brand within Gates Developments’ “Catalan” and “Venia” projects in the New Capital, ensuring high-quality hospitality services for residents and investors, and enhancing the attractiveness and long-term investment value of the units.
The “Catalan” project is one of Gates Developments’ largest residential projects in the R7 area of the New Capital, covering 36 feddans with 1,765 units. Meanwhile, the “Venia” project spans 40 feddans with 1,792 residential units, with planned delivery by 2027.
Collaboration on “Space Commercial Complex” in Sheikh Zayed
The partnership also includes cooperation on the “Space Commercial Complex” in Sheikh Zayed City to attract a major supermarket brand in partnership with SDC, providing comprehensive daily commercial services within the project. The complex covers approximately 33,600 sqm and consists of 545 multi-use units, including commercial, administrative, and medical spaces. This step reflects Gates Developments’ commitment to creating mixed-use projects that provide all elements of life, work, and leisure in one place.
