Gates Developments Signs Contract with DMA for New Zayed Project Designs

Gates Developments, one of the leading companies in the real estate sector, signed an effective strategic partnership contract with DMA, a company specializing in designs and engineering consulting, to work on the master plan and designs of Gates’s new project in New Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Hassan Nasr, CEO of Gates Developments, expressed the importance of partnering with DMA, as it is one of the leading engineering companies in Egypt with over 30 years of experience in providing engineering designs for over 200 projects covering an area exceeding 10,000 acres and more than 12,000 buildings.

Nasr stated that the new New Zayed project covers an area of 65 acres with investments exceeding EGP 5 bn.  He added that the new project’s designs are planned to be innovative and renewed, applying the latest design trends and infrastructure to ensure an exceptional residential experience that meets the aspirations of its customers.

Nasr affirmed that the new project will redefine the western Cairo area more contemporarily, completely transforming its features to align with the future generation. It will bring about significant architectural and cultural advancement in technology, culture, and entertainment.
