Gates Developments targets EGP 3bn in sales during 2022, when compared to EGP 1.8bn in 2021, Invest-Gate reports.
Ali Gaber, chief commercial officer at Gates Developments, states that achieving this number of targeted sales is supported by the launch of new distinct phases within its current projects, as well as the launch of a new project in New Administrative Capital (NAC). He adds that the company is following the same marketing plan of 2021.
Furthermore, the real estate developer plans to launch a new project in the NAC during the running year. The new development is a residential project in the NAC’s R7. Gates Developments also plans to launch another project in west Cairo during 2022, with an aim to diversify its investment portfolio in addition to seizing distinctive investment opportunities.
Gaber points out that the company aims to increase construction rates in its existing projects, including Catalan, which is located on 40 acres at a total investment of EGP 1.8bn in the heart of the NAC’s R7 area; in addition to, Audaz, which is a commercial project located in the NAC, and its commercial project, West Gate, in 6th of October City, west Cairo.
Gaber further explains that the new capital is on the cusp of a new phase of sales boosting and is highly demanded by investors, coinciding with the transfer of government district employees, and thus the presence of more businesses, life and services in the project.
He also uncovers that the company will move to a new administrative headquarter, which will be within one of its commercial projects in Sheikh Zayed City, which will be one of the company’s mechanisms to support capabilities of its human element and create a distinguished work environment that helps to innovate in all sectors and departments of the company.
