Genoa Development Launches Seventy Seven Business Complex in NAC

Genoa Development announces the launch Seventy Seven Business Complex, the company’s first project at the New Administrative Capital, with EGP 456 mn of investments, Invest-Gate reports.

Seventy Seven Business Complex is located in one of the vital places in the downtown area, spanning over an area of 2500 sqm. In addition, delivery of the project will be in four years with an expected sales target of EGP 400 mn.

The announcement comes in the presence of Chairman of Genoa Development Omar Al-Attal, Genoa Development Commercial Director Akram Baghdadi, and Genoa Development Managing Director Monzer Eid, at the ceremony organized by the company at Fairmount Hotel, Fifth settlement on the 13th of October 2021.

The multi-use project Seventy Seven Business Complex is located only a few minutes from the financial and government district, gold market, the handicraft area, and Egypt Mosque. It overlooks two distinctive roads corners, the first one on a 70-sqm-wide main street, and the second on a green space over three acres.

“We present Seventy Seven Business Complex as an ideal model for multi-use projects in terms of location, design, services, and facilities provided by the project”, Al-Attal comments.

Moreover, the project spreads across two phases, provides 204 units of commercial, administrative, and medical units with sizes between 13 sqm to 85 sqm, with the possibility of combining more than one unit with different spaces.

Additionally, Consulting Engineering Office Mohamed Hafez has set the project’s designs, which are very unique and inspire a mix between orientalist and modernity through huge glass fronts, advertising screens over the building’s fronts, and outdoor spaces for the commercial units on the ground floor.

Seventy Seven Business Complex is divided into two buildings, one for the medical units and the other one for administrative units (Sky views offices), giving all the administrative spaces an open overlook to the ministries district.

For his part, Baghdadi declares, “From the very beginning of putting the project plan, we nonetheless keep in view providing an unprecedented model of the commercial, administrative, and medical units in terms of design, variety of spaces, and the flexibility of owning the different units according to the clients’ needs.”
