Genoa Development Starts Sales for Second Phase of Seventy Seven Project in New Capital

Genoa Development has announced that it has started sales for the second phase of its Seventy Seven project in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, after fully selling the first phase, targeting about EGP 400 mn in sales in 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

Genoa was founded by prominent businessmen Amr El-Attal, Monzer Eid, Osama El-Badri and other investors. They aim to introduce strong projects suited to their expertise in the Egyptian market.

Chairman Amr El-Attal said Seventy Seven is the company’s first development in the new capital and the project has achieved success quickly, adding Genoa is exploring the potential of starting a new project at a time that is convenient for the continued success of the company.

Sales and marketing consultant Ahmed El-Haddad said working with experienced, reputable management helps achieve customer and company success.

There is a difference between a project developed by experts versus those with less experience, he added.

El-Haddad also clarified the company’s plan involves a major expansion into different regions to naturally take its position in the real estate market.
