German Ambassador in Cairo Visits New El Alamein

German Ambassador in Cairo Cyrill Jean Nunn and the embassy’s military advisor visit New Alamein City, accompanied by Wael Samir, head of the city authority, and officials, Invest-Gate reports.

Nunn and his companions begin the tour by reviewing a presentation of the ongoing projects in the city, according to an official statement. He inspects projects in the city, such as beach towers, housing units, the recreational area, the Latin district, and the Heritage City, where he embraces those projects.

Nunn emphasizes the cooperation between Egypt and Germany and the strength of relations between the two countries, especially in the transport sector with the major project “express electric train” first phase of El Alamein / Ain Sokhna.

On his part, Wael Samir points that the finishing works are being carried out in 15 towers in the first phase, indicating that the recreational area is in the middle of the beach towers area, overlooking the sea directly. It includes a garage with a capacity of 3,000 cars and several shops.

Samir further adds that the Heritage City project spans over an area of ​​260 acres. The total facilities in the city including (the main lake – the central park – the mosque – the church – the Roman theater – the opera – commercial, hotel buildings in the old district – complex Cinemas).
