GFH Real Estate (GFHRE), the real estate arm of Bahrain-based GFH Financial Group, on Wednesday appointed AlMoayyed Contracting as the main contractor of its Harbour Row project in Bahrain Financial Harbour, according to a press release published by Zawya

Under this mandate, all contracting works on the Harbour Row project will be conducted by AlMoayyed. The project includes 450 residential units as well as retail outlets and is valued at approximately $150 mn.

The letter of award was signed by Majed AlKhan, CEO of GFHRE, and Hala AlMoayyed, Executive Director of AlMoayyed Contracting.
