Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar meets with consultants in Washington DC undertaking the engineering and design work for a number of New Alamein Towers, Invest-Gate reports.
Al-Jazzar explains the need for the highest standard of design and implementation and for the towers to be a distinctive feature of the city.
The Minister of Housing states, based on the experience of the towers in the New Administrative Capital, the same path has been followed in the new city of Alamein, where the consultancy and design work has been agreed with the global consulting office in the US that designed the capital’s towers to develop the designs for the new Alamein towers.
The minister says that these new towers are considered a center of attraction and a recreational outlet for the southern region of the city, as the towers will be established in an area that overlooks water lakes, which gives value and a competitive advantage to the inner depth of the city. Thus, the new city of Alamein becomes a city with a distinctive touristic character, not limited to resources. The existing natural landscape is based on a comprehensive and integrated development vision.
El Gazzar indicates that several similar projects have been visited in Washington DC to study the best living standards and how to navigate any challenges, in addition to discussing future cooperation and exchange of experiences for such type of projects.
