Egyptian developer Global Pioneers enters into a partnership with British serviced offices company IWG plc to offer workspace solutions, virtual offices, coworking spaces, and global network membership plans at Pioneer Plaza Business Complex, Invest-Gate reports.

Pioneer Plaza was launched at a cost of EGP 1 bn in the New Administrative Capita.

The project is energy-efficient and complies with sustainability principles in terms of construction and technology used.

The entire building area in the project is powered by solar energy and connected to NAC’s power network.

Moreover, Global Pioneer announces launching its new residential complex Pioneer Avenue in Sheikh Zayed with EGP 2 bn in investments.
