Golden Pillars Developments achieved a strong leap in 2025, doubling its business performance compared to the previous year—a clear indication of the company’s successful expansion and rapid market growth. The company also recorded EGP 1.1bn in sales, reinforcing its competitive position, Invest-Gate reports.

Magdy Saad, Chairman of Golden Pillars Developments, said the company’s remarkable growth reflects its strict commitment to quality in project execution, supported by nearly 20 years of experience in the Egyptian, Omani, and Saudi markets. He added that Golden Pillars’ strategy, built on exclusivity and excellence, has enabled it to deliver outstanding results in a relatively short period.

Saad noted that the company will continue prioritizing distinctive and high-value projects in the coming period, particularly in the medical and hospitality sectors, to strengthen its presence in specialized fields and create substantial investment value.

Ayman Mohamed, CEO of Golden Pillars Developments, stated that construction work across the company’s projects is progressing ahead of schedule, boosting customer confidence and showcasing the efficiency of its engineering and planning teams. He added that Golden Pillars has doubled its administrative and technical workforce to meet rising workloads while maintaining high performance standards.

Mohamed highlighted that the company’s expansion is supported by a solid track record, with its founders contributing to the development of around 70 projects across Egypt, including New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City, and the New Capital. They have also delivered major projects in Muscat and Salalah in Oman, developed two ventures in the Downtown MU23 area of the New Capital, and launched and managed hotel and mixed-use projects, including Sky Plaza Mall in Shorouk City.
