Golden Town Development plans to launch its third and largest project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) by the end of this July, after its great success in completing the marketing and sale of its two previous projects; The Fort Business Complex and Cascada Business complex, Invest-Gate reports.

Raafat Maher, Chairman of Golden Town Development, said that the company achieved success surpassing expectations after launching the projects. Thanks to the customers’ turnout, the company pumps EGP 3 bn in the new project in NAC.

Maher added that the company started its first project in NAC; The Fort Business complex, which is a commercial, administrative, and medical project, covering an area of 2,763 sqm. It consists of three underground parking areas, a ground floor, and 10 stories. He praised the fruitful partnership with YBA Architects in executing this project.

The second project; Cascada Business Complex is a commercial, administrative, and hotel apartment project, spanning 2,664 sqm. It contains a ground floor, 10 stories, and the last storey is for fully-serviced hotel apartments. He explains that Cascada was implemented in cooperation with FRS Consulting Office for Engineering Consultancy.

For the two projects, the company has also been contracted with MRB for the management and operation of commercial facilities, which guarantees customers good management and operation after delivery, Maher revealed.

Furthermore, the chairman stated that the investments’ volume exceeded EGP 2 bn in the two previous projects and that the company’s board of directors plans to double its investment in the coming period.
