Golden Town Developments pumps EGP 2 bn investments in different projects as part of its expansion plan for 2022, Invest-Gate reports.

Raafat Maher, chairman of Golden Town Developments, states, “The company’s expansion plan aims to implement a series of mixed-use projects in the NAC, in addition to investing in the North Coast.”

Moreover, the company has a large base of clients and an investment portfolio estimated at EGP 5 bn for a number of projects implemented in the Egyptian real estate market.

“The company is studying several projects in different areas, the most important of which is the NAC, to keep pace with the state’s development plan,” Maher indicates.

It is worth mentioning that Golden Town has more than 30- year experience in the market, as it implements large projects with specifications through success partners, whether the engineering consultant Yasser Al Beltagy Architects or MRB that is considered one of the best management companies operating malls and centers.
