Golden View Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, TO-GTHER, an integrated real estate concept set in South Academy, one of New Cairo’s most prestigious areas, Invest-Gate reports.
TO-GTHER introduces a multi-use investment community encompassing hospitality, tourism, commercial, administrative, and medical components. The project is anchored in global partnerships and a smart, AI-powered operational system aimed at delivering long-term value to clients and investors.
Golden View described the project as a reflection of its commitment to combining intelligent design with operational excellence to offer a high-return investment platform in one of Egypt’s most dynamic real estate zones.
The company has secured strategic partnerships with several international leaders. Hilton – Inn Garden has been appointed as hotel operations consultant, while Orange will serve as the technology partner, providing smart infrastructure and energy management systems. Regus, part of the IWG Group, will manage administrative and co-working spaces, and BirdNest will handle hospitality unit operations, leveraging its experience from more than 15 developments in Egypt.
Architectural and planning expertise is provided by Consultant Hafez, with over 50 years of experience, and EHAF, the general engineering consultant, ranked among the top 20 global firms in hotel and commercial design. Additional collaborators include Plan OKO for landscape design and RDJW – UK as the owner’s representative overseeing project execution.
Golden View chose South Academy for its strategic location, strong infrastructure, and established educational and residential services. The area hosts 2,400 villas, eight international schools, and one international university, serving over 30,000 residents—yet remains underserved in terms of integrated real estate offerings.
Golden View emphasized that TO-GTHER is not just another project—it is a purpose-driven, sustainable investment platform designed to redefine real estate development in Egypt.
